@@millionia87 for me I had signed up a few years ago...actually forgot about it until I got an email in July that application would open at the end of the month. I applied and about 2 weeks after I got the acceptance. Paid deposit and now I'm waiting...The main thing is to be added to the email listing as they close the listing for each phase after a certain amount of interested persons.

Gore does not do a great job. Please do your research and look at how the home owners in this and other communities are treated. It is important that person's know the truth and then decide for themselves if they still want to purchase a Gore home.

There is definately a visual problem they dont do 3 or 4 bedrooms knowing Well THAT Jamacains do come sometimes with large familles. And outside of Kingston I believe should be lest expensive for those 1 and two bedrooms and should not pass 10MK for a 3 or 4 bedrooms as it caters To small income owners.. But nevertheless Good luck To those you can afford it and can make additional adjustments but they should have done adéquate SPACE so its not necessary for people add Now because I am sure most people cant afford To addition after their purchase. 🕌🏰🏰🏰🕌🙄

@@ChriSamzProperties u have to give us an UDATED video for "Phoenix Park 2" cuz' things have change. I called them cuz' I'm on the list for 2023 & wanted to sign up for a fam. They said they won't be dropping the waiting list like that again cuz' they made adjustments to the website & they'll be having a new phase in ( 2024----Phoenix 2 )...but u have to sign up NOW (it's ongoing as we speak) Here's how: When u go on the website click "sign up" on the (top right hand corner) then u gonna see the form stating "for potential purchasers" fill it out....cost 13-15mil

Very nice indeed put being exposed to how Americans build their towns there's a LOT of amenities that's needed for every day life that's left out of this development.. NOT A GOOD IDEA.. Towns like these need its own supermarket and market, gas stations, fire station, a small police station and emergency care center.. Day care and pre schools.

Yeah I thought about that as well. Generally speaking though Jamaican housing schemes (this one, Gore, is included) tend to designate land for commercial purposes so I definitely would not be surprised if there's already land airmarked for that. I know for sure that the Catherine Estates scheme will be having that.

Good morning, Whilst this is great information. You should also let future home buyers know that Gore homes are not built correctly. They leak and Gore does not take responsibility for fixing anything after the handing over of the unit. You will fight with them forever and get nowhere and in the end have to figure out where to get the funds to fix the issues yourself.

@@micks8072 the issue is that person's not knowing will go sign up, move heaven and earth to get one of Gore homes and in the end, they get burn. Check out Montego West and Phoenix with leaking doors and windows and molds on roofs. Gore will not do anything to resolve the issues once they receive your money. You do not have to take my word for it. PLEASE,conduct your own research. And remember, consumer has the power. If we don't buy their inferior quality made homes they will have to make changes to how they build the homes.
