Chocolate sauce:
unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup (70 grams)
condensed milk 3/4 of can to 1 can
evaporated milk 250ml (1 cup)
Note: This chocolate fudge sauce recipe can
make 5 to 7 cups (16oz)
You can also cook the chocolate sauce on a low flame until it thickens a little bit so that the consistency becomes more fudgy.
Milk mixture:
freshmilk 1 2/3 cup ( 400 grams)
evaporated milk 1 1/2 cup (370 ml)
note: this recipe can make 5 cups(16oz)
You can use all evaporated milk for a creamier taste.
note: If you put the evaporated milk and freshmilk separately, put evap
1/3 cup and freshmilk 1/4 cup for each cup add
more or less.
