I attempted this for the second time recently. First time no crush ice but used ice cubes. Delicious but cocoa fell to the bottom of my glass, disappointed of course. This time tried breaking up the ice cubes. My cocoa was much thicker in which I liked. I used a 20 oz glass, fudge stayed on top this time. Realized that my glass was too big because the fudge was too much to consume. I was getting full very quickly & was trying very hard to finish it, but I had to throw in the towel & surrender.

Do the math. A can of condensed milk ~$3. A can of evaporated milk ~2$. A high quality cocoa 10oz ~$5-10 depending on quality. Remember the I Love Lucy episode where she and Ethel made salad dressing and they lost money on every jar? "We'll make it up in volume!"

The powder used in this video is different, it seems to be a chocolate drink mix without added sugar (something like nesquik with the sugar removed). Ive never seen something like this sold in our grocery store, but im going to try the asian supermarket.
