I love how you take your shimmery shadows above your natural crease because it makes your eyes look bigger, but I thought that was a "no no"? I'll have to try it and see how it turns out in me😊

There are no rules when it comes to makeup, but you're right, ordinarily you would wear matte shadows above the crease / socket as it sinks that area. But I took the colours above the socket for this look as it's specifically a shimmer tutorial, and as I wasn't looking to define the crease it worked well going above it with these colours to maximise the eyelid space. And also so you can really see the eyeshadow colours and finish.

You can do this look with hooded eyes. Just adjust the placement to go over the hood. As you can see at the end I've also gone above my natural crease, and you would do the same.

Yeah to be honest the high street brands have really stepped up a gear! You buy products from here in the UK and have them sent over to the USA via a site like GoSend, then it's more affordable to try our affordable makeup, lol!

I wish could tan! Then in the winter I could stay bronzed haha... I have such sensitive skin that fake tan and perfumed products irritate my legs and face. I naturally have Olivey skin :)

I think MF Masterpiece Nudes 03 is a dupe for UD Naked 3... there are more shades in the UD, but in the MF palette 7 (out of 8) are almost the same.
