I've lived here for 9 days now and I am DEFFFinitely gonna look on the outskirts. The noise is outrageous. It is literally only quiet from 4am-7am in Osu and East Legon. Problem is, I have to be in Dzorwulu 4 days a week and I NEED a bathtub..... Rare to find a listing with a full tub near the city.

I like the neighborhood tours. You are one of the few that shows the housing and neighborhoods. You are also the first one that mentioned Chinese own a lot of the homes. This is important, for disaporians who want to come back. I would want my rental $ to go to Ghanaians not other foreigners who take the money back to their countries and communities. Please show more of these videos and do a video on healthcare availability in the country.
@Troy9174 жыл бұрын
Chinese don't own it she meant Chinese live there and it's by rental, Chinese are not the owners. She is supposed to correct that.

Jasmine, it may help if you could speak to some of the local people who live in the neighbourhood and ask about nearest local shops, markets, shopping centres, schools, nurseries, church, police station etc. Who picks up bins or refuge and how often. Does the area flood. What is traffic like during morning and evening rush hours. Nearest place for outings such as beaches, lakes hiking trails. If the area has European or Asian expats communities. Is there new building developments or land for sale? How far from largest town i.e. Accra
