Hahaha that backlash from the last expensive house videos made u bring this affordable ones hah🤔.BRAVO! We can work with this one because a lot of people were upset from your previous video that those houses were too damn expensive and not worth those dollars that's why people were furious and thought that the locals are trying to rip off the diasporans thinking they're fucking loaded with cash but believe u me a lot of them are so broke and some of the people on the continent are even much better. No offense just being real🙂🤷♂️🤷♀️

Jasmine; you will go far in life. 2 weeks ago, you showed us some properties in Tema, that were totally overpriced and not uo to standards at all!. We; your followers weren't happy about it and we were criticised you. However, you took all our critism and built on them. Two weeks later; here you are showing us normal priced properties in very good conditions and locations. You; actually took our critism and worked on it. Well done ✔ 👍 👌. You shall go far in life, because you learn from your mistakes and people who build and work on their mistakes, actually do very well and go far in life. Uncle and Nathaniel were very good. Intact, Nathaniel explains everything thoroughly and in details. A bit shy, but he was very good. Feature him more in your videos. Well done and stay bless.

The first compound & apartments are lovely. But is ther a kitchen? If I could fit a small free stand bathtub in the bathroom I can see these as a long term home. The apartment for $174 has cute lounge & bedrooms. It seems necessary to buy a stove & fridge? I would also need to buy a kitchen food prep counter & change the sink. At this price returnees can live here while shuttling back & forth for planning & transition. Thanks so much for sharing AFFORDABLE properties. I hear that Tema is a nice place to live & it seems like an interesting place to establish a business.

@esson79944 жыл бұрын
Patricia Rambert if you really know how property works all over the world, then you would appreciate that those ridiculously expensive rentals you’ve seen in Accra is because of location. Every one knows that location is the main deciding factor in property pricing and believe it or not even in a developing country like Ghana location is still key. These properties Jasmin is showcasing seem reasonable because they’re in Tema about 30 mins from the center of Accra. I can tell you as someone who has a house just outside Tema that the house prices become even a lot more cheaper for even bigger and better properties than these.
