I like the layout of this one. I would put an upright freezer in the pantry if it would fit. The small bedroom id turn it into storage for holiday decorations and pantry space.

This is a pretty nice home for a an affordable home. I like it. It’s got a good usable layout for a couple or small family on a tight budget. Plenty of window coverage I really like the warm comfortable brown tone color palette. A really good price for this house. At $87,000 For myself, on the inside, I would make two major changes. 1) make every wall a tape and textured Sheetrock wall. 2) move all the air ducts from the floor to the ceiling. I hate the horrible positioning of the floor ducts in this house. The floor duct right in the middle of the foot path into the bathroom? Totally unacceptable.

With one small change: I would flip the closet in the small bathroom over to the end bedroom so it would have a decent closet, then I would use the small bedroom as an office or hobby room.
