Love the blue color! Love the porch too, would definitely make this the main entrance, especially since it opens up to the living room/kitchen area. Beautiful flooring, countertops and square sinks (YaY)….now to put a en h in the master shower w/a hand held shower wand. You never know when you may be injured, recovering from surgery or taking care of an elderly parent and would need that. And they need to move the vents to the ceiling but all aside, very beautiful home.

Okay, yes, lots of questions. You are telling us 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a nice kitchen and living room and deck. And, let's not forget how much it costs. However, you are forgetting all the most important information!!! Who builds these affordable homes and where?!?! Do they ship out of state and/or do you have to move to get the great deal???😮 Come on!! These things are what will help your viewers and you in the long run. I know that I am looking for a great manufactured home that is up to RRC standards but that perhaps I don't have to move all the way to Texas to purchase. This one may be it, I won't know until you tell me those facts that I need to know!!! Thank you!! It's people who are still trying to do the job right that find the rare prize!!!

Dude, steady your camera shots. You're floating all over the place, center on a position and discuss it, not just wave the camera left and right then up and down. I swear to God, I was having visions of when I used to drink. Finally, bring some facts about the product such as the size of the unit, the cost, room dimensions, the appliances in the kitchen or which is really the front door. It's the one off the front porch.
