You rather have three large bedrooms than one small 4th bedroom. For resale value, maybe 4 bedrooms would give you more money. You could always put a wall back up.

They don't put in refrigerators because they cost an arm and a leg nowadays. This home is very entry level and many cheap light fixtures. If this is your first home, this home is alright.

I like this house. It was a good idea to make that matter bigger and only sacrifice is the basement which over time that could be done.

One thing that scares me about this house is all of the trees. Trees can cause so much damage to your plumbing and house if a tree falls down during a storm. What's up with all these homes with unlevel yards. That's a pain to mow.

The trees can be removed cheaply because nothings behind the home and most homes with basements have slopes

FYI-fridges are not considered part of the house and are typically excluded from the sale. However, a non-realty items addendum can be used to include them if the buyer wants.
