Afghan refugees: Millions face mass deportation from Pakistan

For years, an estimated 1.7 million undocumented Afghans have been living in Pakistan.
But since a government crackdown on migrants began late last year, many have been forced out.
Now a deadline for them to leave has passed - with overstayers facing monthly fines of one hundred US dollars.

Afghans in Pakistan are working and providing for their families themselves, the Pakistani government is not giving them any aid weather it be monetary or food. What do you mean "Pakistan took care of Afghans for quite a long time" ? if anything Afghan refugees have improved the economy and infrastructure of Pakistan. It is true that Pakistan has given them shelter and refuge in their land when Afghanistan was Invaded by the Russians which all Afghans recognize. The british divided the Pashtuns as a revenge for losing wars in afghanistan in the 1800s. The pashtuns in pakistan have been treated like second class citizens compared to the Punjabis.
