بہت عمدہ ۔ ایک تحقیقی کام آپ کے ذمے۔ Mozzarella پیزے کا لازمی جز ھے۔یورپ میں جب بنتا ھے تو اس کے ingrediente میں لکھا ہوتا ھے کہ دودھ ،rennet یہ نوجوان بچھڑے کے معدے سے لۓ گے enzymes ہوتے ہیں۔ لیکن آجکل ویجیٹیرین رینیٹ بھی موجود ھے جس سے آپ گھر میں خود ھی بہترین موزاریلا بنا سکتے ہیں۔ کسی دن اس پہ بھی ویڈیو بناہیں۔
