Pehley tawey per 2-3 min pakain Phir oven ki grill on rakh ke usmain 2 min aur behtareen naan tayyar hoga. Main aisey hi banata hon. Aur recipe main doodh/anda na daalain warna cake jaisa taste aaye ga. Sirf aata/yeast/baking powder/sugar/paani use karain aur aatey main thori kalonji daal dain

Highly recommended recipe, I've been making naans since long and living abroad missing Pindi k roghni naan but then I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try and voila it turned out super awesome. I used tawaa and frying pan to make them and dashed them with butter instead of oil. Thanks so much for the recipe. You're doing a great job. BTW I tried your seekh kebabs too and they were also a hit. Best regards.

Yes I did but I mixed half and half so not 100% wholewheat. I turned out ok but not the same as the plain flour. I think I need the wholewheat with a little added protein. Maybe it would work better​@@jerrijaved9419
