AFL 2014: Round 2 - Hawthorn highlights vs. Essendon

Hawthorn won an absolute nail biter against Essendon on Friday night, with a 5 minute attack to come back and win. Cyril was tremendous all game, and won the game with a drop punt into open goal. With the late out of Mitchell and Hodge being subbed out in the 3rd with a groin strain, Burgoyne stood up, playing one of his best games in the brown and gold. Now the GF rematch on Friday, we face an undefeated and determined Freo.

Surely this was the peak of commentary. Bruce and Dennis together were fantastic. Dennis is head and shoulders ahead of anyone before or since. Just my opinion.

Great highlights package HH. Not just the goals but you capture the essence of the game with emphasis on the final moments. Great work! Nice to see Chapman's bewildered look after the siren "So this is what it's like to play against a team that always beats you, even when you think it's in the bag" (as he probably thought after he kicked that late goal ;) Ha Ha...how does it feel, Chappy!!??

Hurley's topknot cost Essendon that day. You've no right to take the footy field looking like that, much less expect to win a game. Bloody ridiculous.
