AFL Leading Goalkickers, 1897 - 2021

Animated chart of the top 15 career goalkickers after each VFL/AFL season from 1897 until 2021.
Thanks to the incredible AFLtables.com for providing the data and Flourish for the animated graph.
Making this was a colossal waste of my time, please share it wherever you want so I can at least feel some validation for curating the data, googling Excel formulae, formatting for KZbin and collecting images of now-deceased VFL footballers for 30+ hours.

I'm currently doing a series of videos on this very subject. The big difference is, you managed to sum up in less than five minutes what I'll be taking two hours and six videos to do. This is great! And I'll definitely give a link to this in my final video, though you may need to do an update. Buddy Franklin has changed everything this year, and even Jack Riewoldt has managed to creep up the list. Cheers!
