Can't get used to listen to this band without Fabio Lione and Luca Turilli yet, even though I think that Rhapsody, despite being without them is not the same, I consider the new members are good enough to stay playing and get the acceptance of new fans & the old ones, too. Music is very much a "take it or leave it" form of entertainment. when any band decides to change anything, no matter how large or minor, someone will always throw a fit, so long as there is a large enough following. people will compare and criticize, Rhapsody will probably lose a few followers, but pick up some others. I think the same, at first I didn't like this Rhapsody at all but after hearing Lione/Turilli's Rhapsody, I prefer this one's because is closer to the original sound and concept

I’ll probably get flack for having this opinion, but I enjoyed both. This definitely harkens back to the “original sound of Rhapsody”, as you put it, but I found Luca/Fabio enjoyable as well. It’s definitely a different feel from this, and to me, that’s fine. I feel like they each fit a slightly different place in the massive, unorthodox family that metal has become, and I think both of those places are of value. Of course, that’s just my opinion, and I’m merely sharing it, not trying to convince anyone to agree with me.

This is classic Rhapsody style with a new lineup, and Luca/Fabio is the classic lineup with a new sound. Both are great, but quite different.

Me gusta. Una canción poderosa que levanta el animo, eso es lo que espero de Rhapsody of Fire en este momento. Lo mejor de lo mejor? Discutible, y va en el gusto personal de cada uno, pero se nota una buena intención de parte de la banda y valoro mucho eso.
