Afraid your body just isn’t right for ballet?
Let's talk about working through the fear…
++One of my favorite quotes is “feel the fear and do it anyway” and I honestly believe this applies here.
💃💃 Partly because your body is already fine for dancing - if you are doing ballet, you have a ballet body. Work on believing that.
➡️➡️ However, when YOU take the focus off the physical aesthetic, you can still focus on the shapes and lines, etc. but take it off of your physical form you’ll start to really tune into food and feelings and self love.
➡️➡️ Seeing the good is going to help you work through the fear that your body isn’t right for ballet. Things are shifting and evolving but it’s taking time (too much if you ask me).
