I know you mean well ngicela ungangizwa kabi🙏🏾 but it is not a positive for poor or middle class citizens if foreigners buy land or property in our country, these high currencies such as the dollar or euro only inflate the property prices just like CPT & that only widens the gap of inequality! For example $200k / €200k may not be a ridiculous amount for them but convert that to rands & see how outrageous that is for the average south african. As a developing country the priority should be the ppl of this country first & until this is sorted out it is not a positive for us even if they use the words investment alot. Barcelona has started ending apartment rentals for these reasons, proper housing is not something that is affordable for young ppl!

Sis Velile what you are doing my sister for our people from America is so great. I was watching our sisters talking about how they've been robbed in Ghana and other African countries even in Gambia whare others were ended up by murdered. This was a painful this to watch because they are our people and they realized that Africa where our forefathers ran to from Jerusalem. So rather than to be in a foreign country like America so it's better for them to come back to Africa where our people were taken from to be made slaves in America.
