That's wonderful for them. That's like for us here in Lares, Puerto Rico we have a very unique ice cream shop (Heladería Lares) that's been around since 1968. It has over 500 unique flavors like garlic, arroz con gandules, dulce de leche as well as the traditional vanilla and chocolate. I suspect Nhopi is the name of the dish that inspired it. The best way to describe it in English is that you could call it a porridge or mash of mainly pumpkin and peanut butter. If you look up the name, you will probably find better descriptions of it
