Seen these new guys coming in MOST of them appear to know it all and don't listen that's all i can say. He got advice from a dude who's been here longer. People coming from other countries to work in UK need to be sensitised. This is not racism. There are things we do in Africa that is not allowed in Europe. Work place is for work. This is sexual harassment at work. I know of a male manager who whispered just one word to a female staff and got kicked out from work. Stick to your work at work place.

Our lifestyle and that of the British are two diametrically oppose. Those coming in must take time to learn British ways of life if they don't want to get into trouble. The country is very quiet & peaceful but when u land urself into trouble then u will understand. It will b like joke until u see yourself in ur country Some newcomers like downplaying suitation even when dey are warned, may be cos dey want to show up to their mate back home they hav oyibo friends. How can a normal human being go abt embracing people at work? If u do that to me, I will warn you & if u continue, I will report u. Going abt embracing people, did u win a lottery? Anyway, he was warmed by both colleagues and management. He'll blame Village people

Men and women must understand that the days you could joke like this with people are gone with everything happening. He should have had the common sense to respect himself as a professional and a husband. His behavior was terrible and unprofessional. Not to mention, this is a married man. You shouldn't be talking rubbish, hugging anyone, or offering massages. With all the things going on, he should have known better. It's simple: you go to work to do precisely that. Work!
