Detroit is so multicultural that I can drive and get Mexican, African, European, Latin American and Asian food in a 10-20 mile radius. Great food also!! Well I tried this spot out today based on your review. I got there around 14:15 hours. I ordered two shrimp & salmon quesadillas and a shrimp and steak bowl. I wanted the fish sandwich as well but that’s no longer on the menu. Bill came to $70!! I was told 25 minutes but my food took 45 minutes. First thing is, food portions don’t match the price. I was disappointed at the tray size. The quesadilla was good but there was nothing about it that could justify the $20 price tag. The special sauce cooked inside the quesadilla is actually barbecue sauce which didn’t taste bad but was disappointing strictly because of the price. It includes a small cup of sour cream and salsa inside the tray with shredded lettuce as a garnish. It wasn’t enough sour cream for me nor was the cup big enough to dip. This is important only because of the price. The bowl was for my wife. Very small portion size for a $30 bowl. She said the salad was delicious but the rice was too salty and the steak was tough. She also says that it seems like they tried to neutralize some of the saltiness of the rice with the barbecue sauce. I hope this helps those people traveling from far to try these businesses out(90 minutes for me). I feel like I was robbed. My expectations were set high because of the price. Save yourself some money and time… go grab a Bowl from Chipotle… it’ll cost less and taste better. I didn’t check the menu, I just ordered something similar to what JL ordered.

As someone in marketing w foodtrucks tell that guy he's missing a huge opportunity, I'm going to suggest a few things. 1) He needs to make his sticker BIGGER and include his Instagram/Snap 2) Another thing that will help him is to contact and partner up with a club or bar, he'll get free parking, new customers, and the venue will have awesome food its customers can enjoy with their drinks. We have brewerys we set up outside of on the weekend, our customers come for fish and chips and go in and drink it with their beer. 3) Birria tacos are crazy trending right now, I'm sure with his spices he could make some amazing signature version.
