The extent of the situation doesn't warrant a lengthy process but the ANC has to adhere to its own proceses so that it does not give Zuma any leverage. As much as MK will hurt them in KZN mainly, I don't see this party being around in 4 years. It's too volatile and unstructured. The ANC though is seriously wounded in this election and parties have to go for the kill.
