"They're very Keen on their CULTURE & the LAW". As a Nigerian who has been an immigrant in other people's country more than I've lived in my own country as a Nigerian, I like that! It sounds very much unlike Nigeria where astonishingly high level of indicipline, disorderlyness and absolute disregard for the rule of law and order is the norm. It's so bad that, not only is it a culture shock returning to my own country after all these years, it makes me feel so uncomfortable living in Nigeria to the extent that I just want out of here but only if I could easily obtain some kind of residency in any orderly, organized and deciplined nation where the rule of law and order is absolutely observed.
