Nice recipe as always Miss Dosha! 💕💕 My mom used to take leftover cold rice, heat it up in a frying pan and add eggs to it (along with onions and seasonings) for breakfast sometimes. (I don’t like eggs myself so I never ate it and would have cereal😁) I love my cabbage steamed, fried, sautéed, baked, in soups, salads and as Cole slaw, but I keep the outer green leaves that people toss. They’re the best part to me! 🥰☺️

Hola 👋 me encanta el repollo. Verde o lila. Bendiciones y mucha salud. 🙏

Hey hi mam , this is a different way of cooking cabbage. In my place we cook egg rice little bit similarly 👍 . It is interesting to see that container in which you kept those eggs . It is a dried up pumpkin or some similar vegetable naa . In my place we use it to make musical instruments such as Veena and another small one of the same kind . Nice to know how you use it for storing . Your mud house , mat , those bamboo baskets are all used in my place too . In India we have so many similar things and vegetables . In some underdeveloped or remote villages they still use firewood and cook delicious food. I feel today's recipe is little spicy and yummy .. enjoy your meal , take care stay blessed

Mr. Dosha may I ask why do you first drink from the coconut pour the remaining water you drink from the coconut , then used what remains to mix with your coconut milk that’s a bit not so hygienic also the ducks put their beaks in the food stuff doesn’t look too appetizing.
@anitarodriguez46162 жыл бұрын

In our country, in Indonesia, the food is called cabbage rolls, but the difference in our country is that the stuffing in the cabbage is seasoned minced chicken, the method is almost the same, namely the cabbage is steamed first, but we separate the cabbage one by one and then steam it, then fill it with the chopped chicken. continue to be rolled and steamed again until the chicken mixture is cooked then served with chili sauce which tastes spicy sweet and salty so yummy
@michaelongina71382 жыл бұрын
This is the best method,the way it's done in Indonesia is good,i actually don't understand how this my Africa sister is doing it.
@shsaleh2934 Жыл бұрын
Thanks..Ours is like this: the filling is half cooked rice with tomato past and chilli paste, spices and grinded meat, dried mint, black pepper and olive oil, we boil the cabbage to loosen then we cut the leaves, we fill and roll it, we don't use whole leaf we cut each leaf to 2 or 3

Yes stuffed cabbage rolls .quite a few different kinds . My mom was german so she made eastern European types . Greeks are delicious so are polish types. Yours look great . Only major difference we dont use cabbage oil for cooking nor do we cook over outside fire . Mostly in side and on an electric stove. Thanks for showing us how you make yours
