The fried cake is called kulikuli in Nigeria, it comes in small balls or flat, with a little spice added to it. Its a sweet snack, you can eat it like that or drink garri with it.

Just Subscribed. Really respect the content. There's a want and a need to see this side of Africa, Ghana specifically. We were there for a day and we're so ready to go back to visit. My wife DNA tested and it resulted in paternal side being Fante. Africa is home.

Thanks for showing this video, very interesting and informative. I tried making my own groundnut oil but it didn't work, I make some enquiry and I was told that because I used salt to rost the peanut and also too fried that was why oil didn't not come out. Is that right? I will surely try your method.pls. let me know.

@freddahe Жыл бұрын
No, they don't. You allow the paste to cool down after grinding, add water and start kneading the past until the oil starts to form.

No, they won't spoil. You add hot water to it little by little while turning it until u see a little oil coming out, then stop adding the water and continue turning it until alot of water comes out, then u have your oil, it doesn't spoil and it's very sweet oil

It there a particular type of groundnut for the oil production?
@Yeno__4295 ай бұрын
Yes! The small size products Oil. There are bigger ones that doesn't give enough oil. You can make more research on it because I heard it from my aunt and I think it might be true because I have never seen anyone using the bigger size groundnuts for oil. I'm a South Sudanese 🇸🇸.

I hope that this village continues to be peaceful (oh it’s Ghana and not Nigeria. May Ghana continue to have peace). Al-lah is not God! Al means God in Hebrew language while lah means moon in Arabic or so. So Allah means moon god and that is why they have the moon sign. Allah is not the creator of anyone. Mercy Lord!!!
