Hi Tatiana, I just want to ask why do they catch those small fish? To me they haven’t even started to grow, to clean it they take the little head off because too much sand is in it. I don’t understand.

There are many versions of eating Fish here in Africa. The dry fish, the fresh from the water and those small ones. We eat them small like that. It's a dish /delicacy on it's own. Even in Asia they do too.
