CORRECTION; Julius Nyerere International Airport - Terminal 3 has already had both phases of construction finished, thus the capacity for Terminal 3 is 6M passengers per annum, and not 3.5M as erroniously advertised in this video. Both phases of contruction were actually finished before official inauguration of the airport.

There will be a new terminal in Bishoftu, Ethiopia with a capacity of 100million annually. The first phase of building terminals 1 and 2 is planned to be completed by 2028. There are three phases and the estimated cost of construction is $4billion. Currently the Addis Ababa Bole airport accommodates 21million passengers/yr

For me... I believe TZ to be the 2nd JKIA has only one runway. Last month there's a problem with a cargo flight on the runway The airport was Frozen for hours... JNIA TZ has two runways. This is another level
