Although famed for its stunning wilderness campsites, Gonarezhou National Park has several more luxurious options for those that want. Amongst these are the Mananga camps, beautifully hand-crafted bush camps built in a traditional Shangaan style, each with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bedrooms, toilets and showers. There are three of these camps, each with four double bedroom units, one in the North of the Park (Masasani) and two in the South (Mathuli and Makonde). If you’re interested to see what’s really on offer, join Gus Le Breton in this, Part Five of his Seven-Part Into The Wild Zimbabwe series on Gonarezhou, as he takes you round each of the Mananga camps.
Grateful thanks to the Gonarezhou Conservation Trust, Dave Brazier, Buck O'Donoghue and Jo Craig for their support and assistance in making this video.
