It is bad enough that Eskom keeps asking for ridiculous price increases for years now and now we have further silly buggers being played by NERSA. It is clear for the world to see how cadre deployment has and still is running the country into the ground through incompetence and plain negligence.

Many consumers in BCMM are either toom scared or don't know how to dispute this unfair tariff hikes impose on them. Where do we find the dispute letter/form?

Someone needs to look into prepaid meters as well. How is it possible that electricity units just run even through 3 days of loadshedding! Its as if the meters are set to use a certain amount of units per day.
