Hi Matt, you are the first I see discussing this topic. I watch a lot of videos of men who have been in Turkey, especially at asli tarcan. And I see every time they use way too many grafts and their donor ends up looking really bad. Frizzy hair often also has good coverage, so you generally need fewer grafts. And a good doctor will generally advise you to use between 1500 and 2500 grafts for your first transplant so that you can have a second and perhaps third surgery. Most people also don't know that their donor generally has between 8,000 and 10,000 grafts for a lifetime. If you then use 6000 grafts during your first surgery and the grafts are not harvested evenly over the entire area, your donor then comes out looking really bad. I didn't want to make people feel bad so I didn't say anything about it but I hope a lot of people see your video and learn from it

If the price is not driven by the number of grafts, what is the benefit of "Over Quoting"?
@letsgethair2 жыл бұрын
No benefit for the patient, because by over-quoting, he is being promised a higher nr of grafts than he actually needs. In a better scenario, over-quoting leads to graft wastage and in the worse scenario, it means graft wastage + permanent over-harvesting of the donor of the patient.
