Its cause I don't use weapon mastery. I like to run dual wield, slayer, swift, and sword mastery. It's also the dagger I'm most familiar with so its a comfort pick as well

You have to stand on the edge of one of the chests under it and jump as you open it. The timing is pretty hard it took me like 3 games for me to finally hit it haha
