Who needs a monthly service charge? Why not hire an electrician to install it and be done with it? Utube has videos of how they are installed at the meter, and looks, easy breezy.

I talked to our electric Co, and informed the ones installed at the meter only protects to the meter and nothing more which makes no sense at all.
