Just catching up on your brilliant video we went to Northumberland for the first time last Sept in our van and was so amazed at how beautiful it is up there, definitely feels like you're in a different country and the drive across the causeway to Holy Island is just spectacular. 👍

I knew you’d love our beautiful county. I feel incredibly lucky to live here. When my children were young we used to stay at Seahouses a lot. We’d walk that beach between Seahouses and Bamburgh and sometimes not see a soul. It was called ‘the forgotten county’ then. A tourist information advert put pay to that, it’s become more and more popular. Whilst it’s lovely to share our treasure, sometimes I miss the days of solitude in Northumberland. Our beaches are to die for and the inland treasures like The Roman Wall and the beautiful hillsides are spectacular too. There are so many interesting places to visit, a wealth of history and lots to do. I’m so glad you got to enjoy it and hope you’ll feel inclined to call again. By the way, I’m 3 minutes drive from the entrance to the Tyne Tunnel, you could have called for tea! Lol.

Hi guys, looks like you read our comment the other week about our northumberland as youve done all we said & its not disapointed you both & judging by the comments many more camper vaners will follow,we went to school in Alnwick, now living 1.5 miles from the beach near Amble,& would never ever move away from the area, the coastal route from cresswell to amble saw many opencast coal mining sites up until the 1990's that once mined out were put back as perfect farming land & nature reserves, done that well by the national coal board that you would have never known or spotted if i had not mentioned it.we are pleased you both love the area we are proud to call home & be northumbrian!.

My husband and I have been on several walking holidays thru Northumberland. I don’t think anywhere else in the UK compares for the scenery and the privacy. If you ever go back to Holy Island, consider walking across when the tide is out. Pilgrims walking both St. Oswald’s Way and St. Cuthbert’s Walk all end up at Lindisfarne, barefoot and often singing. It is an experience you will never forget.

Definitely one of the best videos, scenically at least. The drone is wonderful. What an asset. How you get overhead shots of Morgan and crew crossing the causeway to Lindisfarne is a mystery to me. Do you give it commands, "Dear Drone, follow us and don't go anywhere else!" 😄 I was waiting for the "Aliens" beach. Did I miss it? My two favourite moments: Liam barely stirring from his warm bed muttering "Yes, lets get going." And Janine, hearing about the all vegan ice cream shop on Lindisfarne. "I'm on a diet. I'm definitely going to have an ice cream." 😀
