Just discovered you. I love what you are doing. Also I understand Flemish, it is so good to hear you speak it. I live on Vancouver Island now but I was born in Lokeren. I immigrated to Canada when I was child over half a century ago. Keep up the great work.

Do you preserve the floor tiling?

The floor tiling is very old, we're told it's from back in the days when it used to be a diamond workshop.. They are made of cement so there where already many permanent cracks and splinters that came off. We tried a deep clean on a few tiles but the years of dirt is baked in. Sadly we will have to find other tiling. But we are thinking of bringing this tiling pattern back in the bathroom or the garage. Not sure yet 🤔🤔
