Question, But I get the left and right audios but how do you do the middle, Like both left and right… just lowered?

i use a program called audacity that allows me to create three separate tracks. i have one for the left ear, the right ear, and then a center track that is just condensed a bit into what is called a "mono" track. each track can be separately panned to where i want them to be. so while the left and right tracks are at around 80% left and 80% right respectively, the center track is left at 0% and plays at an equal volume/emphasis through both ears, creating a "center" effect. fun fact: all three audios are at the same volume/pitch/etc. and all three have their own vocals and instrumental track. it seems like that sometimes confuses people because the instrumentals tend to sync up so well it sounds like there are less instrumental tracks!
