To those asking how to make the mouth split greater but not just adding beginning space between the lips...increase the Audio Levels in your audio file before converting audio to keyframes. I had to boost my file +10 dB before I got the effect I wanted.

at 4:33 you will see two expressions "thisComp.layer(......)" add some value at the end for both expressions. just like i am subtracting 15 from second expression you can add some value to both expressions.

With this method nope... But you can do this by using lip sync. There are lots of scripts for this... can google it.

Ive pick wiped each mouth-layer to each their audio amplitude, but still I have the problem that when one character speaks, only his mouth moves, and when the other voice starts, both mouths starts to move. Set CC split points properly as shown in video. If you still face the problem then increase the subtraction value from upper lip's split expression (-15 to -30 or something suitable) . i.e. to 30
