Nice tutorial. Just not for beginners. Too fast

Next time you should do a step-by-step tutorial. You're all over the place in this video and you're not clear with what you're doing at times. I had to watch it a few times to see what you did

Thnx! Very helpful :) In case you haven't pointed it out, the spread is found by changing the Direction to Direction instead of Uniform.
@NOCTURNUSFILM10 жыл бұрын
Dude, you don't have a direction spread, because you don't have a direction. You are on "Uniform" instead of "Directional". Otherwise it's a very cool result, but an overcomplicated tutorial.

Hi, If you are going to do tutorials for beginners can you PLEASE SLOW it down and tell us which keys do what . When you say we will pre comp this you just do it, we have to find which drop down menu to use. When you say i might change this and that tell us what you are changing . Do like the tutorial but i do struggle keeping up. Thank David

Isn't it easier and shorter to use Mr. Mercury effect? The result is the same and you do not need to spend 15 minutes of your short life to do the water by using particles.

+QuickVFX I kind of like that you had some "mess around sessions", it helps watching you tweak cos it gives one a more in depth knowledge of how random the turnouts could be.

As a Professor of nanotechnology and quantum physics I got bored rather quickly with this tutorial; way too slow for me. As an absolute beginner in the use of Trapcode particular, may I ask you to speed things up old chap! I was saying under my breath yes, yes got that old bean, move on............ at times I found I would contemplate the question: What did one uranium-238 nucleus say to the other? Answer= 'I gotta split!'
@savagenew7 жыл бұрын
I must be missing something. At time 0:27 / 14:51 - what is Trapcode? I do not have this in my Effects dropdown. Oh, and looks like it's a $400 plug-in so this is not something I can afford and now the tutorial is worthless. Maybe a disclaimer upfront about any EXTRAS. This is not for a "Beginner" out of the box AE user.

The concepts are almost similar in all particle plugins, so you can apply this technique in the Particle World plugin too but it won't be as fast and good, that's all
