2019 started the path of awakening for men. 2023 is the era of men, we, us, brothers all reunited in different places with a common interest in mind, be the best version of ourselves. Men have started to grow again, back to the gym, back into the wild, back into our roots, the constant oppression and misleading from media has inflicted a wound in our minds that we reject to accept. They don't know but us men are resilient, we are born this way, to struggle and find peace. It doesn't matter where we are, it doesn't matter how damaged we are, it doesn't matter how much we have to fight to survive, we we'll all meet each other someday, let's train to find each other as strong and wise men. I'm cheering for each one of you.

I just want to share something I found very helpful recently. Reading, meditating (both styles from the West and East) plus cold shower, exercise and mindfulness practice had kept me calm and rational throughout most of the rest of my time. I stop feeling like to talk then capable of switching to not attentive listening alone, but was able to still listen to the on going convesation and process my thoughts to the point I truly understand what people mean in their way of communicating. Ofcourse it took a lot of time, but the more you do it, the easier it gets, at the time you've mastered it I bet you won't recognize it immediately. In my case, I was sick and tired of my ugly self, I wanted to be better, but too many answers came and I was overwhelmed plus not wanting to pick anything even the easiest thing to start with. But I tried eventually and it's been giving me peace since. Same thing with an old man who's retired, he thought he had saved enought money to stop working for the next 20 years of his life. But "unfortunately" he had way more time to live, which ended up with him living in his 80s with an empty pocket. Same goes for us, we always thought we would run out of time, but we do have more. When I started I didn't have time, but the better I got, the more time I had, so I started to master everything else one by one. Then it lead me here, I first notice myself change when I bump my toe in my bed and turned to look on my toes to see if it's okay istead of sayin:"Fuck". Stopped cursing randomly, stopped doing "ummmmm... ohhhh......literally" whenever I talk. Stopped complaining of minor things and where I want to get to has been clearer than ever. The power of focus is similar to muscle training, it takes time, but please try anything that helps you focus, and life will start to let you live it for the first time, perhapse forever. Wish you all the best, for there is a very long path that awaits us.

@@sethhughes5760 The most common one is my anxiety disorder. I force myself into large crowds and talk with random people. I chose to get the rats out of my head. Either confront an issue I created, or let sleeping dogs lie whilst I build myself into something that can tackle the problem. In retrospect, the choice seems obvious. Yet it was one I should have made decisively months ago. These weights are still a struggle to lift, the body and the mind ache. Anxious matter, but knowing that I'm struggling to lift them reminds me that I'm picking them up in the first place. Now that I've made things simpler, less complicated by excision. I can at last focus on that which makes me stronger. It's deeply personal, and I will not clarify what I mean beyond what is written. Incredible mix, phenomenal artwork. An underrated channel, the glow-up comes soon. Also stealing that description and pinning it in a notepad on my desktop. When everything is loss. When living becomes a continuous suffering. When everyone leaves you. You'll see someone and that would be you. You have no enemies. Everything is just in your mind. People used to have this illusion that others are against them. That everyone wants to do them wrong. That they are the enemies of someone. But this feeling will disappear once you realize that. If they see you as their enemy, you don't have to view them the same. You see we as human seek revenge when someone makes us suffer. That's the natural instinct. But only those who have mastered their mindset can see beyond the short pleasure of revenge. The difference between a strong and a weak mindset can be felt in these scenarios. The strong are kind, forgiving and unwilling to harm anyone. Unless there is no choice, and the weak are those who are hungry for revenge, driven by anger and sadness. When you, my friend, view the world as your enemy, you live in fear in a constant paranoia that everyone wants to hurt you in some way. And that is so far from the truth, even if it was true. If your mind would be a fortress of kindness and wisdom, you would not be affected. In reality, no one truly has any enemies at all. Humans project their insecurities on others. Everything we fear about ourselves, we see in other people. Those who judge others for their insecurities, they have those insecurities themselves, so that makes them their own enemy. The real battle is not against others. The real battle is against yourself. Let's say someone starts insulting you. If you start insulting back and forth with that person, that's not a real battle. In fact, the real battle was fought and you have already lost. The true battle was against your instinct, to respond in such a way. To that insult, and all true battles are fought inside yourself. Inside your mind and soul, once you become aware of them, and you start winning these battles, you will see that you have no enemies.
