Hello everyone, this time I made my favorite snack puff pastry with a method that is easy and different from my previous videos. This can be used as a holiday and Christmas dish because it can last 1 month in an airtight container. Super crispy anti fail suitable for beginners.You can also fill this homemade puff pastry with your favorite cream as a delicious dessert.

Puff Pastry Scottish method

250 grams of flour for bread
4-5 grams of salt (original recipe 5 grams)
140 grams of water (original recipe 150)
20 grams of butter
125 grams of butter or special margarine for lamination of puff pastry

This is the easiest and the best tasting pastry I have ever tried in my life. It took no time whatsoever to make (aside from waiting when it was in the fridge for an hour). I was afraid it would be tough so I added 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder and a little sugar. It was such a great surprise. Thank you. I will be making this till I die. Cheers!
