kittens😻 , I haven’t had any problems with her in past seasons but this season has really been difficult to enjoy due to her toxic and micromanaging behavior. After she fired Chef Kiko it was a wrap for me.

@@bn5099 I stopped liking her after the way she was siding with Jao on his first season when he was acting like a douchebag. And her micromanaging isn't big news really. Ask chef Adam. He had to endure her constant lurking in the background & questioning his work. She's very insecure as a boss and has zero trust for her staff, which in return they show zero trust for her.

I really don’t enjoy Sandy. I think she plays favorites, she creates drama (which I don’t think a captain should do even if they’re on a TV show) and the way she hovers around reminds me of Donald Trump hovering behind Hillary Clinton and their debate. It comes off as passive aggressive. I’m not exactly a fan of Hannah’s but I don’t think she got a fair shake this season at all. Seems like there was an agenda.

I love Captain Sandy but I felt her “hover” style management (parenting!) started to feel like micromanagement. That style didn’t seem to gel too well with most of the team members. Would be good to see her adjust her management to suit the individual.

This was a set up to have Hannah feel right from the beginning Sandy brought in Malia with so Hannah didn’t get along with and so she created just at the start then a long put the topping on it to bring it in Bugsy and then Kiko was a good chef we just need a little direction and she didn’t give it to him she bug the living heck out of him so this is a cause of failure if I was Hannah I would’ve quit after that episode two so that’s my opinion
