Never will retire if Marie has anything to say about it. I respect Donny - it was hard on him growing up cuz he was the main Osmond star. Very tough. He has had Broadway success and still looks good, one long successful marriage - That is all no small thing.

Another TV-inspired celebrity doll, though not a Barbie, predates all of the above. I know, because I owned her back in 1964 or 1965 (can't remember exactly). It was Ann Francis's character "Honey West" of the TV show of the same name. She was so cool, with her black outfit, blond flip hairdo and beauty mark.
