1984 live recording of song that was first released in 1973. Made top 20 UK, No 12 USA also No 1 in Canada & Australia. Original trio Brian Hume, Irene Hume & Ian Vardy were still performing amazing gigs in 2015. They have written and recorded many beautiful songs. This one is their version of the Neil Young classic. Mainly perform in North East England. Had the pleasure of seeing them many times over the last thirty years. Live sound still as good as ever!

Not mine at all. Every line in the chorus is rushed with an entire beat removed - it's jarring, particularly the first time you try to sing along with it. And the ending... Why ruin the power of it by adding "in the sun" in the very last line?

Theirs was the first version of this song I ever heard. Back in the late 70s I used to go to flea markets to buy records and got their album with this title. It is full of great songs. Those were the days, when a song like this was on the charts.

I was studying on a training ship HMS Worchester in the 70s that was like the Victory inside. It was evening and someone put this album on somewhere else on the ship. It echoed around the ship. Quite magical. Loved this album ever since.
