I have known and dated some rich guys, and the last guy did own most of the county's houses. Millionaire ++++, but was he happy, NO. His grown daughters treated him like shi,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, due to the mother's influence, even though she got tons of money out of him/divorce. He lived in a paid mansion, always carried at least 5K in his pocket for spending cash. But, because of his bitterness, unhappiness, he treated me badly. So, all of that unhappiness does rub off. No, I did not stay with him, life is really too short.

I am 55 years old and I have worked for over 38 years. I have been living a life of joy based on my decision to be happy for only a few years. I am happier, more fulfilled, more in the moment now than I have been for MOST of my life. I don't care if you like or dislike Tony Robbins but I will say this. You do not want to wake up in your 50's and JUST figure it out.. Change now, decide now, live in the moment NOW.

@kristafb12 жыл бұрын
I was raised by a negative thinking mother, I was told by my grandmother that I was never enough, too fat, lazy, at my full potential & not to expect more. I am surrounded by negativity in my life and its made me closed off & solitary. I am 55, I live alone with my pets, I don't go out with friends (I barely have friends), I work & go home. 5 years ago when i turned 50 I decided to step outside of my box & travelled by myself. I met new friends & experienced people who were happy with very little & it made me want that in my life. I made up my mind to be happy, travel more, love freely, open myself to new people & experiences & then Covid hit & we were locked down. It hit me hard. Depression was overwhelming for a long time. But this year I've woken up to realize how fortunate I am. I never lost my job, neither I nor my family had covid, I am working hard to get healthy & lose weight again & feeling more positive every day. I've learned that every single day I need to make the choice to be happy. Or at the very least be open to happiness. Is my life what I want, No. not even close! But I'm open to whatever comes my way.

I'm also going to start learning how to make jewellery to set up a jewellery business & eventually make fine jewellery. The thing that gets me up is the drive to be better than I was last week & to forward myself in mastering my craft & becoming a better version of myself.

Almost every successful person begins with two beliefs: the future can be better than the present, and I have the power to make it so. If you don't sacrifice for what you dream of, what you dream of becomes the sacrifice. Maybe you guys might have seen me on other videos but anytime I write a comment, I always tell my story with it so people know why I am saying what I am saying :) - also to keep inspiring other people because for me, reading other people's success journey is so motivating. :) We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

BEST rhetorical question "Why not have it NOW?" Why wait? What are you holding out for? The journey begins by taking the first step. Even if you screw things up the first time be willing and decide to go in that new direction that actually gets you closer to enjoyment. Feels cliche to say, but I feel so on top of my day- waking up @ 4am, hitting the gym by 5am after beating traffic into downtown, then wrapped up and got to the office by 6:30 to knock out some business items. It's just after 8am now and I am feeling extremely on top of my day, highly motivated, highly energized, and realizing I still have 13 hours left to accomplish something amazing today and bring my goals that much closer into reality. Its all about perception. Like Tony says, if someone tells you look around a room for everything green then close your eyes. Then they unexpectedly ask you to list everything red, you can’t do it because you only looked for green. If you aren’t grateful you are taking your existence for granted. Just existing is a gift not a guarantee. Same goes for everything that you value. The ancient mexican traditions had a great saying “you don’t own anything, you rent it from death”.

@@goldenknowledg3731 But that achievement provides a temporary enjoyment....that's why We should find a permanent way to remain happy...and that's about spiritually....Our mindset is designed in a way that we don't get satisfied even though we achieve everything.....( specially material things ).... Emotional enhancement and maturity is important factor.....If we know our limit of satisfaction....if we know to become emotionally mature....then no matter where you are or what people are saying....We will always remain in a positive mood.... because our family and mind is with us...... @EitesamAhmadKhan15 жыл бұрын
1. Know yourself, identify your purpose bigger than this life, be radically true about what really makes you happy and fulfilled and then DO IT. 2. Be genuinely grateful to GOD for whatever you have, (Health, Relationships, Purpose, Spirituality, Skills, Resources, Work) and take good care of these. 3. Enjoy your life to the best and give ALL YOU HAVE to reach where you want to go. 4. Focus ONLY on the MAJOR things in life, FOCUS on the SOLUTIONS not the problems, ignore the aspects you cannot control. 5. Be a source of Help, Blessing, Happiness, Hope, Love and Encouragement for all around you 6. When faced with challenges always focus on your purpose and visualize, manifest to be in that state, recall your achievements, the blessings you have, the people who love you and trust GOD, he is there to help you out in every situation. 7. Do not compare yourself to others, you never know whats going inside them, pray for others, be happy on their success and keep consistently working on your purpose. May GOD Bless you Tony and Team Fearless :)
