Just a suggestion hook n move away from structure. We fish under bridges using this combat style and we have learned to hook n move away fast.

over where that boat is grounded is a flat... its about 4 - 5 foot deep and there are always fish there... you can even get out of your boat and just fish while standing there... then just push your boat up to the shore and get back in.... do you know what the story is on the grounded boat there ???

yah as a less experienced angler i’d have never ever guessed an ultralight would have been able to catch the monster mud donkeys you’ve caught on them. But learned ever since I found your channel! So I changed my mind to getting an ultralight next instead of a 10 foot jetty rod which I also still want. haha but I wade inshore mostly or bank fish anyway. You proved it!😅 As I’m sure many have just, my lack of experience I’d have not assumed that a few years ago.
@trinacria19566 ай бұрын
Look again at video and his more list, he showed the ultralight set up but he said he used the ML 6'6" jiging rod with a 6000 reel. That is not ultralight.

You could drive-in by the airport and wade that area late 80's & early 90's, it was known as the grandstands. Also fished the Crash Basin and Lake Madalin, they all hold trout. Those spots were mostly winter fishing for trophy trout. 🎣🤠

Cut the top of a soda bottle to fit snug in the hole on the bottom of the kayak but put the lid and put holes on the bottle so the water can go in or B out but be used like a strainer .
