Once I receive my passport back with my visa i will pay the us fee and plan to move the next month, can I start working straight away on arrival in the US, or do I have to wait for the actual green card to arrive

Hello Mr Ebm can you do a video for police clearance if one has left a foreign country due to covid 19 and go back to his or her own country, and for that reason he or she cannot get the police clearance from that particular country due to travel ban and if that particular person win and obtain a police clearance from the country of citizenship only, will the consular officer deny a visa to that person ? Or is there any other way to recover the Gap?

Hello EBM I have a question when filling the Ds260 but I dont have a passport for dependants what happens if I dont fill their passport no please advise me on what to do since nowadays passports are taking too much time to get it.

If you dont fill/add your dependants meaning they will not get the visa, and therefore they will not come. Why cant you apply the passports now? You need passport not only for the DV Lottery if you win, but what if there is medical emergency and you have to go to another country?

My DS 260 but in my mariage certificate and my children birth certificate my years of birth is wrong in my mariage certificate is returned that I was bonne in 1985 in where I stay in South Africa but in my country of origin Congo rdc my diploma, passport, and birth certificate the year of birth is correct 1986 I when do departments of home affairs where the correct the mistake of 1985 to 1986 the say that is can take to long 1 to 4 years because I'm.
