It has taken me more time than I thought but finally I have decided to upload the video. I'm not entirely happy with the run as I've spent a lot of time and I feel that the run doesn't show everything I could have learned from this fight. I have a lot of clip material related to Alatreon and I'm thinking that it would be a good idea to make a guide or a showcase of the best moves. josh I'm pretty sure you could do that with gs against alatreon he is surprisingly easy to master with gs i did it and im not speed Runner but that monster makes it east to speedrun

I found the GS set running in this video is surprisingly friendly even in non-TA hunts while dishing out insane damage. All you need to worry about is getting those crit to offset the Fatalis GS and stack attacks. Then the rest can be your liking. And the Healing you get from it is actually a lot more consistent than I though

Really nice run. Shows just how much you've done this fight. Maybe you want to come back to it in future for a more visually pleasing run but to an average player, it already looked extremely impressive. It's a shame about the crit RNG. A properly sharp sword of that size would have enough force in the blade to split a human vertical with one swing. So imagine how strong monster skin and scales and bones are that it takes multiple TCGs just to break their horns

Why does it take so long for it's horns to break? When I fight him I basicly only attack horns after he switched to dragon and they break pretty fast, but here it was getting smacked in the head the whole time but it didn't break a horn until the second phase.

Well... this is mad investment.... closest i got was almost winning solo , with my bows . Lost caz i feinted one time out of a missplay. It was already well into limping when my final death hit and failed the quest... But i do have all it's gear that i need , so i dont see the point in trying so hard for myself , but i do enjoy helping others. That said , i have free time , and play on ps. And i am no pro but i am willing to teach and help anyone who asks.
