She looks fantastic!!! It's madness she hasn't been brought back. She's a lovely actress and one of the few old series companions that still looks gorgeous. I'd never guess she's 70.

Susan was MUCH more interesting in the unaired pilot episode, she was a lot more alien like, and really prideful in the Tardis. The staff made a BIG mistake turning her from the unearthly child into an ordinary 60's teenager.

love Carol, I am ashamed the writer's (weather it's Moffat or someone else) have not made a story where the Doctor has re-united with an older Susan who's having adventure's on earth with her great-grandson/great-granddaughter and possibly working for U.N.I.T or Torchwood some 90-95 years after her departure in The Dalek invasion of Earth. They could come up with something to explain why Susan had visibly aged 54-56 years in less than 100 years. But Carol still looks very beautiful and young for a woman of her 70's

My biggest wish in the world is to somehow contact her and tell her how much her character means to me... The role might seem simple and boring maybe even annoying to some people but with Susan being so much ahead of everyone around her in the first episode of the show is the closest thing to a companion i have been able to relate too ever :/

There's plenty of places where the Doctor ran into other Time Lords. Any one of them could have been Susan. It would be such a wonderful treat to see Carol Ann Ford in the show again.

Yeah she can still come back as Susan. I would love that. As an older Susan who unlike the Doctor actually avoided dying and regenerating every few years.

I really wish one of these head writers would find the courage to call up Ford and have her regenerate. She's gotta be just about the only major Time Lord in the show who hasn't shown off multiple faces on screen. She could pass on the role, preserving the character while being relatively free of it. And maybe she could be cast as a monster-of-the-week just for good measure. Maybe see what happens if some other memory-reader species takes advantage of the Doctor's affection for their granddaughter, and fashions itself a body in her image.
