Good stuff. Now for the check valve. I just purchased about 20 old home lights. 1012 top handles XLXL2 I don’t know bunch of them. I’m just a retired dude trying to keep myself occupied. Short story long. I’m going to need some of the brass seats eventually. I may run out of the top part of the Handles first though. Thanks for all the great videos videos.

I've used the CTS kits and they're great. You can order just the diaphragms in bulk lots and the prices and quality are great.

15 to 20 years back I had purchased CTS kits for my XL-12's from small engine shops. I did not realize the CTS kits were from China. I think they charged me same price for a Walbro kit. I never had any issue with these kits. When they started the faked pandemic, I bought several of their kits, as well as kits for my other gear. I knew the supply chains were going to be effected by the covid-19 SCAM. Awhile back I heard you, Leon, mention the CTS kits, and you also liked them; so I ordered extras a couple years ago ;-) I know there are other kits out there from manufacturers of engines and equipment, that are sold specific to their gear, but are good rebuild kits for the specific carburetor. Sometimes these kits are more complete, including accelerator pump and o rings, missing from most kits.

I bought a replacement kit on Amazon and the nub on the metering diaphragm is like an eighth of an inch tall, not sure what to do weather it be file it down or just buy another kit and use the rest of the stuff from it and throw out the diaphragm lol, also great video!

Any luck on with an off brand that happens to ship with the check valve in the package? I didn't see any of these with one, or is it a significant cost jump to have 'er in there?

In Europe i can find 100% accurate aftermarket kits for every carb, if cant find the original, from Visco in low price. Dunno if its available in the US but if you can find it, give a try... As i said, the size is 100% accurate, and tbh, i dont know why i should go with the original if the price is double.

Has anyone tried the Farmertec brand? They are made in China and if you don't mind waiting they can be ordered direct, cutting out the middle man. I purchased a kit k10-hda for my Stihl ms361. I think they are around $5 each on eBay. I have had a kit in my personal saw ms361 for over a year now with no issue.😮
