So what exactly happens after a seizure? This is my response to my seizure after it happened, no edits, and it will show exactly what the aftermath of a seizure is.

The presence of mind to get your sheet to someone while you were falling into a seizure was incredible. I'm glad you decided to share this even though you didn't feel like it at the time. I also have seizures too but I can tell when they come on or go away.
