I swear Karl's bullshit man is the reason Ricky got the idea for The Invention Of Lying movie. Because Karl said eventually nobody would lie because there is no point. In the movie, Ricky's character lives where nobody lies, and he is the first person to do so and the comedy comes from that. When Karl talks, I see Ricky's brain twitching for ideas lol

Jerusalem Syndrome is legit. As is Paris Syndrome. Paris Syndrome is quite common in East Asian tourists who visit Paris with a massively romanticized expectation, only to feel crushing disappointment when they actual experience the reality. Symptoms can include hallucinations, anxiety, and derealization (feeling like the world isn't real). It's kinda crazy how hype around a location can affect people so much.

David Attenborough is a national institution in the UK. He's in his nineties now but has been doing nature programmes since the 50's. Also, he commisioned Monty Python for bbc2 back in the sixties. He got a research vessel named after him though most of the public wanted it called Boaty McBoatface! Watch Iron Manc.
