I am shocked 😲 to the T! I have a knee problem can't even climb stairs with both legs, my husband bought some hard coconut which I ended up eating ot raw, I would have never knew if I didn't come across this video. I feel very nauseated whenever i drank the coconut husk tea on an empty stomach.I once even got a severe headache,body electric shock on my left hand and tingling pain in my left big toe and fore toe after drinking the tea. I think it should be drank in very limited quantities as it is very strong. Kindly advise please.
